Friends and family members may find rest and helpful resources at our Alta Bates Family Resource Center on the Alta Bates Campus, located at 2450 Ashby Ave. in Berkeley. The center is located just inside the main hospital entrance doors, to the left, near the Women and Infants Lactation Center.

Summit Campus Family Resource Center

The Summit Campus Family Resource Center is located at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, 350 Hawthorne Ave. in Oakland. The center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am — 6:00 pm and is on the third floor of the Merritt Pavilion near surgery services.
