At the Wellness Center, you'll receive health services from full-time nurse practitioners. Nurse practitioners are registered nurses with advanced education and clinical training. As health care providers, our nurse practitioners:
Diagnose and treat common health problems such as infections and minor injuries. Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as lab work and x-rays. Prescribe and recommend medications in collaboration with a physician. Provide health counseling and education.
Immunization Policy. All Agnes Scott students must comply with the mandatory immunization guidelines established by the American College Health Association prior to registration for classes. Students who don't meet these requirements may not register.
