Proxy/Family Access MyChart offers the option of designating a proxy to be granted access to your MyChart account ("Family Access"). Family Access and the ability to view information generally varies based upon the age of the patient, and has certain operating rules conditioned upon whether the patient is ages 0-12, ages 13-17, or age 18 and over. Individuals who have been designated as a proxy/Family Access user must use their own unique credentials to access MyChart; proxies are prohibited from using the patient’s MyChart credentials or otherwise impersonating the patient.
