Founded by Dr. Thomas J. Raley in 2010, Advanced Spine and Pain offers diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions. They also provide orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, physical therapy, and comprehensive pain management services.

Can you bill me for my appointment?

All payments/copayments must be made prior to being seen by a provider. Our billing department will estimate the patient responsibility for services to be rendered and this amount will be collected at the time of the appointment.

How should I prepare for a new appointment?

For your new patient appointment, please make sure you arrive 30 minutes early. Please make a list of any questions or concerns you may have for the provider and bring the following:

What can I expect at my first appointment?

At your first appointment, you can expect a thorough evaluation by one of our providers. They will conduct an extensive review of your medical and surgical history, as well as any imaging brought to your appointment. The provider will also conduct a physical exam to determine your limitations and pain levels.

Can I get an injection at my first appointment?

At your initial appointment, you will have a thorough evaluation by one of our providers. Based on their findings, the provider will determine if it is necessary to begin treatment immediately.
