As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your insurance coverage, notify you of any required deposits and submit bills directly to your insurer. We recommend you obtain preauthorization for medical procedures when required by your insurance.
Patients, or their legal representatives, may inspect and/or obtain a copy of their medical records. Acadian Ambulance requires a completed and signed Authorization for Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information before releasing any documents to anyone, including patients.
