To set up access through the NWH Patient Portal, you need your patient code, which was given to you when you were in the hospital. If you do not have your patient code or your code expired, call (914) 242-7944 . If you have questions about the medical information shown in the NWH Patient Portal, please contact your primary care physician.
Patient Gateway is also accessible via our app for iPhone or Android. Please note: Even if your practice does not offer Patient Gateway, you can still use it to view your health information. If your practice or provider is not listed on Patient Gateway’s enrollment page, simply select “Medical Records, MGH.”
Note: The NWH Patient Portal works best with: Internet Explorer 9 (or above), Firefox, Mozilla, Chrome, and Safari. Internet Explorer 8 is supported only through compatibility mode. Accessing the portal through any other browser is not supported and may lead to loss of functionality.
