With Mass General Brigham Physician Gateway, keeping track of your patients has never been easier. Through this secure Internet service, you can monitor the status of your patients who are also receiving care from physicians at Mass General Brigham institutions as well as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Mass General Brigham may also share such information with third party service providers whose services and/or materials are accessible through Patient Gateway to enable such third parties to provide those services and materials to you.

Patient Gateway is also accessible via our app for iPhone or Android. Please note: Even if your practice does not offer Patient Gateway, you can still use it to view your health information. How to schedule an appointment through Patient Gateway: Log in to Patient Gateway. Click the “Appointments” tab, then select “Schedule an Appointment”. Follow the prompts to select an appointment time that works best for you. Once you’ve completed all the prompts, your appointment will be scheduled.
Using the Apple Health App. iPhone® users receiving care at Massachusetts General Hospital and all other Mass General Brigham entities can now use the Apple Health app to access and visualize key parts of their current health records, including allergies, conditions, immunizations, labs, medications, procedures and vitals.

If your child is age 12 or younger, you may access Patient Gateway by filling out the Patient Care Representative (PCR) Access Authorization Form. If your child is age 13 or older, both you and your teen must sign up together.
Most teens can’t make health care decisions on their own. But they may have unique privacy concerns. Because of this, the law treats the sharing of medical information differently for teens than for children. Patient Gateway’s access rules follow these laws.
Help your teen set up a self account. With a self account, your teen can:
You and your teen must sign a form to keep your account. You will be reminded one month before your child’s 13th birthday.
As a parent or legal guardian, your account will automatically cancel when your teen turns 18. A parent, teen or physician’s office can ask for the Patient Gateway Account to be cancelled at any time.
If you are an established Mass General Brigham patient with a primary care provider, we recommend you contact your provider’s office by phone or via Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway if you have symptoms that may indicate exposure to COVID-19 or if you believe you may have been exposed.

Patient Gateway is a medical resource with links to information for your medications, allergies, immunizations, and lab results. Parents, guardians, and adult children of elder parents may also take advantage of these features to help coordinate care for children, dependents, or elders.
