Which NSPG practices offer virtual visits?

All NSPG practices offer patients Virtual Visits using Patient Gateway and Zoom, a secure and confidential live-interactive video system. We strongly encourage our patients to use Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway to directly connect with their physicians.

400 Highland Avenue practice

Our 400 Highland Avenue Salem office will be temporarily closing for renovations starting Monday June 21. Although this renovation will take several months, please rest assured that our team will continue to care for you. Our caregivers will see patients at nearby NSPG offices, and our phones will continue to be answered from a satellite location.

Schedule appointments through Patient Gateway

We encourage all of our patients to register for Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway. If you are not able to join on Gateway, you may call your physician practice directly.

Masks and screening

Masks are required at all Mass General Brigham facilities, regardless of one's COVID-19 vaccination status. That includes staff, visitors, and patients who are outside their rooms. In addition, we will continue to screen all visitors for COVID-19 and those with symptoms or recent exposure should return when safe to do so.

Telemedicine and office visits

In addition to in-person office visits, we also offer virtual visits via Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway and ZOOM. Learn more.

Test Results

Your test results will be made available to you through the patient portal soon after they are finalized, and likely before your provider has had a chance to review them. It can be difficult to understand the meaning of test results without the input of your provider.

New Feature: Patients Can Send Attachments To Secure Messages Sent Through The Portal From Their Desktop Computer and Mobile Phone

This will allow patients to attach photos of issues such as rashes, bruises, abrasions, and more. Click here for instructions.

You Can Now Check in for Shore Physicians Group Primary & Specialty Care through the portal

Two days prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email notification that it is time to check in for your appointment. We encourage you to stop at the front desk and update your communication preferences to ensure you are able to check in online.
