How do I change or Reset my Patient Portal password?

UPMC Central Pa. Portal is the portal for UPMC patients who receive care in hospitals in central Pennsylvania. This also includes associated outpatient centers, emergency and urgent care, primary care, specialist, imaging, laboratory, and physical therapy facilities.

Signing up for UPMC Central Pa. Portal

If you wish to use UPMC Central Pa. Portal, you will receive an activation code during your office visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. When you have this information, you can complete your registration here.
