What is Reach Out and Read?

Our Reach Out & Read ® program includes a dedicated library area with bookshelves, colorful graphics, and more. We believe that the best opportunity to influence a child’s future is in the first five years of their development. When families read aloud to their children, they are providing them with a better start to life. Our medical providers will give a book to every child at well-child visits from the ages of 6 months to 5 years old and encourage families to read aloud and engage with their children every day. Pathway Pediatrics is a proud supporter of Reach Out and Read, ® and we look forward to sharing this program with you and your child.
