Where is paths Inc located?

For patients with insurance: PATHS Community Medical Centers accept all forms of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Some insurances (especially Medicaid) require you as the patient to call and have our provider listed as your "Primary Care Provider", or "PCP". Please take time to make sure this is addressed.

What is the Kent Online patient portal?

Step 1: Click Patient Portal. Step 2: Click "Setup Account"on the Login Portal screen of the patient hub. Step 3: Enter the email address that you use with PATH and click Submit. Step 4: Find the login code that has now gone to your email. Step 5: Enter this code in the Login Portal screen and create a password for your account. TROUBLESHOOTING
