One of the things I enjoy most about dentistry is helping patients restore confidence in their smile. Who we are. Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) is a non-profit community based health care organization that contracts with the State to administer Medi-Cal benefits through local care providers to ensure Medi-Cal recipients have access to high-quality comprehensive cost-effective health care.

Our team of dentists and dental hygienists provide non-judgmental, compassionate care by creating a safe and welcoming environment for all patients. PCHC is one of the few dental providers in the area that accepts Medicaid (also known as BadgerCare+ or Forward Health) insurance for dental services.

While all types of medicine interest me, I am especially drawn to pediatrics, women’s health, and helping patients with substance use disorders.

Behavioral Health

I have over 13 years of experience as a psychologist working within residential recovery as well as primary care settings. My expertise is in helping adults work through mood disorders, maladaptive patterns of behavior and substance abuse disorder.

Appleton Dental Team

Originally hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, I went on to complete my dental school at Boston University and then a one year residency at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital.

Oshkosh Dental Team

Originally from Chicago, I moved to the Appleton area with my husband after graduating dental school. I am compassionate to all patients and strive for dental excellence in helping those of the underserved population who would not normally have access to dental care.

Waupaca Dental Team

I was born and brought up in the northern part of India. I was teaching and mentoring as an associate professor in a dental school and had a part-time clinical practice in India before I moved to the US in 2015. I graduated from University of California San Francisco in 2017.

Dental Benefit

Smile California is the new name for your Medi-Cal Dental Benefit. It used to be called Denti-Cal. Medi-Cal Dental offers many preventive and restorative services for children and adults. These services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatment, fillings, crowns, and more. Children and teens can get 2 regular dental visits each year.
