The Medical Records Department cannot provide radiology films or CDs. For radiology films or CDs, please contact the Radiology Department or facility from which you received services or care. The Medical Records Department cannot provide copies of hospital bills.
The medical records offices are closed indefinitely to patient walk-in services effective Thursday March 19, 2020 due to COVID -19. Additional authorization may also be required for the release of specifically protected or privileged information. Certain information can take up to 30 days for processing.

HealthPoint co-locates services with Valley Cities licensed mental health counseling, chemical dependency treatment for adults, domestic violence services for survivors and perpetrators, homeless outreach services and housing programs, family support programs, and specialized veteran’s services that deliver counseling and family support. Valley Cities has a full-service center at HealthPoint Midway. HealthPoint also has primary care clinics in Valley Cities in Kent and Auburn.
