Once you arrive on the nursing unit, the staff will help you get acquainted with your room and your surroundings.

Do not bring watches, jewelry, cash or other valuables to the hospital. Parkview Regional Hospital will only be responsible for these items if they are deposited into our safe. Ask your nurse about safe deposits upon admission. If you are having surgery, please give your eyeglasses to a loved one for safekeeping.
On Thursday, June 24, 2021 the Parkview Regional Hospital Café re-opens to all visitors & out patients for to-go orders only. The Parkview Café is located at the South end of the hospital near the vending machines. The Café offers an array of delicious hot and cold food choices, including salads, sandwiches, entrees, fruit, snacks and drinks.
Televisions are provided in each patient room. Please be considerate of others and keep the TV volume down. A channel guide can be found on channel 16. All televisions have closed captioning available for the hearing impaired.
Your pastor or spiritual leader is welcome to come visit you while you are here, if you wish for us to contact them, please ask your nurse. The chapel is located on the main hallway and is available for patients and family members of all faiths to us for prayer and quiet meditation.

The proxy’s guarantor account needs to be linked to yours. Patient billing is responsible for making this connection. They can be reached at 260-266-6700. You can view bills under the billing summary for the proxy, however bills must be paid from under the guarantor’s patient account.

From the menu, search billing & select Billing Summary. Click the “Save time while you save paper” banner and follow the prompts.
From the menu, search billing and select billing summary. The billing summary will show all of your accounts, including those for which you are the guarantor (responsible party) for other patients. You can see all accounts for which you have proxy access under the billing summary for those patients. These accounts also show if there is a zero balance. If you are the guarantor for a child and the account is not listed in the billing summary, then the account is not linked to your patient record. You can also contact Patient Billing to link the guarantor account to a patient record by calling 260-266-6700.
Yes, you can. This is called proxy access and allows a parent, legal representative or other designee to log into their personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding another individual's account. The parent, legal representative or patient must complete a Proxy Form and return it to one of our medical facilities to request access to this convenient service. The Proxy Form can be found on the MyChart sign-in page.
