How long does it take to get a referral from a primary care physician?from paradigmhealth.net

We are happy to help you get a referral but you may be responsible for payment or the appointment may need to be rescheduled if the referral is not received. Most insurance companies also require prior-authorization for specific services such as procedures or some medications. We will work with your insurance company to get authorization; however, the process can take up to 10 business days. We may need to reschedule your appointment until authorization is provided.

We bill all insurances and will verify your current coverage at each visit. Please bring your current insurance card to each visit. If we are unable to verify your insurance, you may be listed as self-pay, which requires payment in full for the service.
