The patient portal is a service to our patients to allow them direct access to their medical records and the doctors’ office. They may choose to use this as little or as much as they want and can communicate to us how they prefer to be contacted.

Due to various federal and state regulations, adults (ages 18 and over) who share an email address, or two adults who would like to share a Patient Station account, must complete a Proxy Authorization Form. This form will grant permission for an adult to access another adult’s medical information through Patient Station.

I learned a lot from this office, they taught me front office and back office duties. they showed me the correct way to do things and they are very on top of their staff. its an extremely busy work environment they see at least 40 patients a day
