What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The patient portal is a service to our patients to allow them direct access to their medical records and the doctors’ office. They may choose to use this as little or as much as they want and can communicate to us how they prefer to be contacted.

How do I question my medical information displayed in patient station?

If you are questioning your medical information displayed in Patient Station, please call Medical Associates Medical Records at 563-584-3207 select option 2.

Can I share a patient station account with another adult?

Due to various federal and state regulations, adults (ages 18 and over) who share an email address, or two adults who would like to share a Patient Station account, must complete a Proxy Authorization Form. This form will grant permission for an adult to access another adult’s medical information through Patient Station.
