When the unexpected happens, remember our walk-in clinic is happy to help with your minor care needs. You don’t have to be a Palouse Medical patient to use ReadyCare, as we assist residents, area guests, and patients of all ages!

How easy is it to use the patient portal?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! While in the office, let us know you want to start using the Patient Portal. Our friendly staff will provide you with a registration letter that contains instructions and a uniquely generated security PIN code. This code corresponds with your account and will allow you to connect to your health information.

ONLINE BILL PAY NOW AVAILABLE!

We are thrilled to announce that Palouse Medical is once again offering online bill pay as a service to our patients! The service we are using is fully integrated with our Electronic Health Record system, so that means that you will have added features when you sign up for our Patient Portal.

TROUBLE GETTING STARTED?

You will first need to receive a billing statement from our office. Once you have received a statement, there will be a special code on this document that you will need in order to use our online bill pay system.
