If you would like a same-day appointment, call early in the day when we are better able to meet your needs. Our greatest demand for urgent same-day appointments tends to come later in the day. If you can schedule non-urgent appointments for the morning or early afternoon, it’s easier for us to accommodate you. Routine physical examinations as well as chronic medical problems and follow-up care should be scheduled in advance.

Your family medicine doctor will work with you to ensure appropriate preventive care as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions.

Always give us your name, the name of the family member you are calling about, and as much information about the problem as possible. For instance, knowing your sick child's temperature is helpful. Your doctor or their medical assistant will return your call between patients or at the end of the day.
