In 2006, Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem (PAGS) took a huge step and transitioned from paper charts to an electronic medical record. Bright -eyed and bushy tailed, we immersed ourselves to learn the system and improve efficiency and care and our patients overwhelmingly liked the changes.

Step 1. Download the BHealthy Now app from the app store (Apple or Google) from your phone, tablet or laptop. Step 2. If you’re not sure if you’ve ever enrolled to access your medical records, click on "Create an account" and you will be prompted with a Yes or No question. Complete the appropriate steps.
