Most appointments are scheduled in advance either by the referring physician or by the patient directly. Each patient’s visit will differ depending on the nature and complexity of the problem. Most patients are seen at least once after surgery.
After you have met with the surgeon and it is decided you need a surgical procedure, you will meet with our scheduling coordinator. You will be given a surgery appointment and informed when and where to arrive for surgery. Most surgeries can be scheduled as early as the next day or within a few days.
Our nurses are available during office hours to answer most questions. If you need to speak with your surgeon, the nurses will contact the surgeon and forward your message. In most cases, the nurse will respond with the answer. If necessary, your physician will call you directly with more information.
