Where is the Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center in Owosso?

The Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center is located at the corner of Shiawassee Street (N. M-52) and King Street in Owosso. Parking is available on the West side of the building and accessible to the building’s entrance.

How do I access the OMH patient portal?

Access your patient portal online. To enroll in the OMH Patient Portal, you will first need to have access to your medical record number. This can be found on hospital billing documents (preferred) or acquired through an Authorization for Release of Medical Information form through our Health Information Management department.

How do I sign up for a patient portal account?

Upon visiting the patient portal, a link at the bottom of the login screen states "Don't have an account? Sign up." Clicking the signup link will allow you to enter your name, date of birth, gender, medical record number, and an email address.

Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center

The Memorial Healthcare Cancer Center is located at the corner of Shiawassee Street (N. M-52) and King Street in Owosso. Parking is available on the West side of the building and accessible to the building’s entrance.

Memorial Healthcare Gastroenterology Center

The Memorial Healthcare Gastroenterology Center is located at the corner of Shiawassee Street (N. M-52) and King Street in Owosso. Parking is available on the West side of the building and accessible to the building’s entrance. The Gastroenterology Center is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs.

Memorial Healthcare Anti-Coagulation Clinic

The Memorial Anti-Coagulation Clinic is now located in the Memorial Medical Arts Building on the corner of N. M-52 (Shiawassee Street) and King Street. Services are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday by appointment.

Memorial Outpatient Services for Physical Rehabilitation

To access physical rehabilitation, coming form the south, you will follow M-52 north and it will be on your right hand side. If you are coming from the north, follow M-52 south and it will be on your left.

Memorial Healthcare Diagnostics

Hours: Lab (Blood Draws): Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm (this is an MDOT screening collection site)

Connect Your Third-Party App

Munson Healthcare now offers you the ability to securely connect your health records to some third-party websites, health management apps or diet/fitness trackers like Apple Health. Apple Health allows you to view your health records on you Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPod.
