Patient Portal Account via Online Booking When you book an appointment on your practitioner’s online booking page, you are prompted to create an account with a your e-mail address and a password. This is your patient portal account. You can log into you patient portal account at https://portal.outsmartemr.com.

Patient Portal Account via Online Booking
When you book an appointment on your practitioner’s online booking page, you are prompted to create an account with a your e-mail address and a password. This is your patient portal account. You can log into you patient portal account at https://portal.outsmartemr.com.
Patient Portal Account via Access Link or Access Code
If you are provided an Access Link in an e-mail notification from your practitioner, you can simply click on the link. This will prompt you to either log into an existing Patient Portal account, or to register for a new account. Click on the “Register Here” link at the bottom of the page, and fill out all the information.

This patient list report configuration can be used to get a list of upcoming birthdays:
Patient Cancellation List
This will produce a list of patients whose very last appointment was a cancellation. This means it will be a list of all patients who could potentially be contacted to find out if they are ready to book a new appointment. If you are logged in as a practitioner, you will see all patients that were booked with you.
List of patients in a specific city
This configuration will give you a list of all your patients in a specific city.
Get a list of active patients who have not been at the clinic in the last 60 days
Let’s say that we define an ‘active’ patient as one who has come in for an appointment sometime in the last 6 months. So this means we want a list of patients who have come in anytime in the last 6 months, for any kind of visit, but have not been in the clinic for at least 60 days.

- Patient will automatically, and without the use of Access Codes, be able to see any appointment they have themselves booked online. In order to see any appointments that were booked manually by clinic staff, the patient would need to have obtained and used a Medical Records Access Code.
Access to Smartform Questionnaires
- SmartForm Questionnaires are patient / client questionnaires or forms that can be filled out online prior to their appointment.
