JYNNEOS vaccine is approved for prevention of smallpox and monkeypox. It is the primary vaccine being used in the U.S. during this outbreak. The JYNNEOS vaccine is given as a two-dose series. The two doses should be given 28 days apart.
Administer JYNNEOS by subcutaneous injection, preferably into the upper arm (deltoid). JYNNEOS is a suspension for injection. Each dose (0.5 mL) is supplied in a single-dose vial.

Alternatively, if your keyboard remains idle for 10 minutes or more, you will receive a pop-up window asking if you are still actively using the portal. If you do not click the OK button, you will be signed out automatically. Any information you have typed and not saved or sent will be lost.
