Is OSS urgent care deceptive?from yelp.com

OSS Urgent Care is wonderfully deceptive. They provide delightful service. However, the U. S. Federal government should place this Co. off limits to military retirees because of their deceptive practice of luring patients unwittingly by suggesting OSS is an Urgent Care Facility. OSS is a Specialty Clinic, thus most Tricare Insurance Co. will not authorize payments and military-retirees will have to pay "Out of Pocket."
