How do I enroll in the patient portal?

Please contact our Medical Records Department at (252) 757-2663 in order to enroll. Once you have obtained your PIN, follow the applicable instructions below. If you have accidentally enrolled in the Patient Portal before receiving a PIN, you simply need to contact our Medical Records Department to request your PIN and link your account.
