Who owns MyChart?

You need access to a computer or device with an up-to-date browser, like Chrome or Edge. MyChart is owned and operated by Epic. It is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records.

Can I pay my OrthoVirginia bill online?

Now you have the option to pay your medical bills online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The “pay as a guest” feature allows spouses, family members, and other individuals to make online payments on behalf of OrthoVirginia patients.

What is GRACHIE in healthcare?

GRAChIE is a network that connects practitioners and healthcare settings across Georgia, all of whom have made the decision to participate for one reason - to improve patient care. Across the country, networks like GRAChIE, known as Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), are being formed.

For refills, please call our refill prescription line at (478) 745-4206, extension 2888. Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Our office maintains an inventory of durable medical equipment, such as crutches, walkers, boots, etc. that are available to our patients.

  • Most Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta offices are open between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some office hours vary. Please see the specific office locationinformation to confirm the hours of operation. Patients are seen by appointment only in our physician offices.

Record Changes

  • It is the patient´s responsibility to notify the clinic of any personal record changes such as name, address, phone number and dependents. However, to keep our records current, all patients will be asked to complete new paperwork every six months.
