How is diagnostic testing done?

Diagnostic testing is done daily, with results available to the physician by mail or fax. Most routine testing is done within the same day of service, and "STAT” testing is available by request. The Laboratory is associated with QUEST for specialty testing.

Does Orchard Hospital have insurance?

Does Orchard Hospital have a glucose lab?

The Laboratory offers full service for inpatient, outpatient, and physician office referrals. No appointment is necessary, with the exception of glucose tolerance testing. If you are required to "Fast” for a test such as a Lipid Panel, then do not eat or drink anything except water for 12 hours prior to your lab test. Take medications as directed by your physician. Orchard Hospital has 2 locations available for specimen collection.
