How do I sign up to nextmd?

Sent to my Patient Portal account at no charge. X-ray or MRI images cannot be saved on the portal. Send my copies via secure Sharefile email. (Provide email address above). Minimal fees applied. Send copies to another physician's office- no charge. Send my MRI or X-ray images electronically. Mail a CD of MRI or X-ray images to my home.
