Does the Food and Nutrition Services Department have a guest tray?

Our Food and Nutrition Services Department offers several special programs. For example, we provide one guest tray, free of charge, at each meal for a pediatric patient’s family member or visitor. In addition, it is our policy to offer guests complimentary coffee and/or ice tea.

New Patient Information

Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to ensure a smooth transition to our practice. Please bring to your appointment the following:

Late Appointment Cancellation Policy

If an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, as well as no shows, will be charged a fee of $25.00.

Prescription Refill Requests

Please allow up to 48 hours for prescription refill requests to process. You may request a refill by calling our office.
