We see patients by appointments and also have open access for same-day appointments.
New patients need to bring all their medications and their insurance cards. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment. Please bring to any visit all of your medications, or a detailed list of your medications containing strengths and dosages, to ensure we care for you in the safest manner possible. Please bring your insurance card to every visit as well.

Following check-in by our receptionist and a short wait, you will be taken to the treatment or examining room where a nurse will weigh you and obtain temperature, pulse and blood pressure. Following this, the nurse will take a careful history, which will include family history, smoking, alcohol and illicit drug use.

If an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, as well as no shows, will be charged a fee of $25.00.
