I think she's fantastic and she always takes the time and care when I have seen her. She never rushes in and rushes out. She sits down and listens to you and she takes the time to give you feedback. Her office staff is fantastic, always helpful and accommodating
Went in for a renewal on my prescriptions (2). My husband passed away recently and I am not sleeping. I asked her for a prescription for Ambien. She replied with "you are retired right - Take a Nap" followed by she writes so many prescriptions she did not get her BONUS.
I've only seen her once to establish her as my primary care. She was very attentive, asked questions and initiated issues I needed to address. Wait time was not bad: 10-15".
Dr. Chuang is very professional. Has promptly ordered and sent me to all my requested referrals (those doctors have had great reviews and been professional). She has personally called back to me, at every step of my labs/tests done through her office, as they were received. Her On-Line Healthcare Information Portal is easy to use, as well.
