At Cancer Care Northwest, we’re here for you every step of the way. As part of our services, we invite you to access your medical records through our secure, online patient portal, known as MyCCNW. This is a private website that both you and CCNW can use to view your medical records, scheduled appointments, and use as a communication tool.
Signing up for MyCCNW is easy. Please complete this form and return to the CCNW front desk at your next appointment. A PIN number is required for your first login, which will be sent to the email address provided on the sign-up form. Please allow 5-7 business days for your PIN to be generated.
