Visits are scheduled by appointment. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance when you are unable to make a scheduled appointment so that we may give that time to someone else in need.

When calling to get a prescription refilled, we ask that you provide our office with the following information:

If you have an urgent issue, please call our office. We are always happy to work in patients who need to be seen urgently even when appointment slots are not available.

Prescription Refills

  • When calling to get a prescription refilled, we ask that you provide our office with the following information: 1. Pharmacy Name and Phone Number 2. Name of Medication and Dosage 3. Your Name and Phone Number We typically call prescription refills in within 1 business day. We do not refill prescriptions after hours or on the weekends unless it is an emergency.
