The OMMA was established to oversee the medical marijuana program for the State of Oklahoma. It is responsible for licensing, regulating, and administering the program as authorized by state law.
If this is your first time applying for an OMMA patient or business license, you can go straight to the Patient or Business pages to get started on your license application.

Authorization to disclose patient information - This form is to be completed by the licensed patient or the legal representative of the patient. This form authorizes disclosure of medical marijuana patient information in the state of Oklahoma.
Applications and payment will be collected at omma.ok.gov. A valid email address is required for login. This email address will be used to send notices once an account is created.
Temporary licenses are valid for 30 days, but cannot exceed the expiration date of the out-of-state license. Temporary applicants may not renew their license. They must submit a new application upon expiration of their temporary license. Applications can be submitted within one week prior to the expiration of the temporary license.
A medical marijuana temporary adult patient license allows an individual with a valid medical marijuana license from another state to legally buy, use, and grow medical marijuana and medical marijuana products in Oklahoma. This license will be in the form of an identification card to prove an individual is a license holder. This card will contain the patient’s name, photo, date of birth, city and county of residence, the type of license, expiration date, and the patient’s unique medical marijuana license number.
