What time does a clinic call?

After 5:00p.m. on weekdays and after noon on weekends, clinic calls are forwarded to our answering service. The answering service will take your information and if it is regarding an acute medical issue, a nurse will call you to discuss your needs. A doctor is also on call for any emergencies. Calls regarding routine medical matters and prescription refills should be handled during regular business hours.
