Ohio County Healthcare offers two different online patient portals

One will have information for patients that used our hospital based services and the other contains patient information from our outpatient provider practices.

Hospital Based Service Portal- CPSI

CPSI offers you access to any inpatient records, procedure records, medical history, medication lists, lab reports, patient allergies and existing or developing medical conditions. Patients may also download these records to their private computers and share them with any other medical professionals they may be seeing.

Ohio County Family & Specialty Care Patient Portal

Outpatient provider practices which offer this service include: all Ohio County Family Care locations, Quick Care, Pain Care, Specialty Care, Fordsville Area Medical Clinic and Butler County Family Care.

By utilizing this simple tool, you will be able to access a variety of your health information safely and securely.#N#Our Patient Portal allows you to make requests (for medical records, prescription refills, and specialist referrals), correspond with your doctor (send them a message and book an appointment), view your lab results, update your personal information, and view a summary of your visits..

Signing Up

Your doctor's office will provide you with a username and password to give you Patient Portal access.#N#You can also get access by calling our Customer Service Department at (614) 423-6916 or toll-free at (844) 245-5538.#N#The first time you log in, you will need to review the consent forms and click on next, then check the box, and click on agree.

Telehealth Visits

In an effort to prevent the spread of disease, we are working to offer virtual Telehealth visits instead of in-person visits for certain situations.

Restrictions to in-person records requests

To protect the health of OhioHealth associates and visitors, we are changing our operations to restrict in-person visits to the Health Information Management department.

Fees

If requested for follow-up care, there are no fees for a copy of your medical record. There may be a fee when requested for other purposes (such as legal, insurance claims or personal use).

To release a copy of your medical record to someone else

If you would like us to release a copy of your medical record to someone other than yourself, please complete a Medical Records Authorization Form.
