Your Visit

To serve you in the best way possible we work by appointments. We do our best to keep to appointed schedules, but medical emergencies and unexpected delays do occur. If that happens and it delays your appointment, we promise to keep you informed and let you know of other options to fit your needs.

Insurance

At Gynecology & Obstetrics we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with government as well as traditional insurance. Some insurance plans may require that you obtain a referral from your regular doctor (PCP) before you visit us if we are not your designated gynecologist.

Billing and Payments

You are responsible for all deductibles, co-payments and/or any referrals that may be required by your insurance company.

For your convenience, we also provide the following forms that you may download and complete before visiting us. If you choose not to utilize this method, please arrive to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the electronic medical records entry in our office.
