If you are a new patient please call our office at (541)868-9303 to start your registration process. Adults and their family members who share one email address may access the portal through this login. This may also include two adult patients who share the same email address.
Our Patient Portal allows you secure, real-time access to your Patient Care Summaries, medication list and recent labs. Through Portal Messaging, you can message your surgeon to request prescription refills, make appointments, and ask simple (non-urgent) clinical or billing questions.
The Patient Portal is to be used for NON-URGENT issues only. Please give your provider 72 business hours to respond.
Enrollment Invitation – Northwest Health will send a text and / or email to the email address and/or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
