How to contact MyOneChart?

Once you access your MyOneChart account, if you do not see the health information you're looking for please call 404-531-5888 . Patients over 14 years of age who provided their registrar with an email address will automatically receive an email invitation to sign up for their MyOneChart account.

Where did Katherine Nelson go to medical school?

She attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI obtaining a biomedical engineering degree. She returned to Texas to complete medical school at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center and residency training in OBGyn at Texas Tech University of the Permian Basin in Odessa, TX. She most recently moved back to Albuquerque after working in Portland, OR.

Where is Jasmine from?

Originally from California, Jasmine began her career in diabetes research where she found a love for talking to families about nutrition and blood sugar management. She later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to train as a doula, Labor and Delivery nurse, and pursue a Master of Science in Nursing.
