Proxy access enables you to view some of your child’s health information in the portal and, in some instances, communicate through the portal with your child’s healthcare team. FollowMyHealth is used by hospitals, doctor’s offices, and health networks across the country to provide patients with their personal health records, which enables them to take a proactive role in managing their care. FollowMyHealth is available online 24/7 via any computer, mobile device, tablet or smartphone.
