How do I contact Northshore connect support?

Call our support line at 847.425.3900. Please know that NorthShore will never call and charge you money to help you sign-up for NorthShoreConnect; and we will never ask for remote access to your computer. If you receive such a call, please hang up because this is a scam.

How do I pay my North Shore Medical Center bills?

Set up a Payment Plan Agreement or make a payment by phone by calling 877-874-5933. Please note that you may receive separate bills from doctors, laboratories or other service providers. Those bills cannot be paid via the North Shore Medical Center online bill payment service.

How do I set up my Own Patient Portal account?

You can also set up your own patient portal account by using our self-enrollment tool. My Health Rec is available for all patients who have registered and had services provided to them from the facility. Already registered? Log in.
