Our practice provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Realizing that you can have an emergency arise, we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. In the event of a severe situation go immediately to the hospital.
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. Most insurance plans require you to pay a predetermined amount (your "deductible") before insurance will pay.
Prescriptions and/or refill requests should be obtained at the time of your appointment. If you do not have an appointment, prescription refills will be processed within 48 hours. For prescription refills, we ask that you call your pharmacy and ask them to FAX the request to our office. This will facilitate your request in a timelier manner.
