How do patients communicate with their provider?

Our patients can also communicate via email with their provider and or a member of our nursing staff through the patient portal. Patients also have the functionality to review their discharge summary of service (s) after each visit, complete patient satisfaction surveys, and customize their profile information (i.e. address, telephone number, insurance information, and method of payment, emergency point of contact, username, and passwords.
