What is phase 1B in North Woods?

North Woods Endocrinology is following the State’s guidance for vaccine distribution. We are working to vaccinate Phase 1A and 1B patients. Phase 1B is a large population that will take a considerable amount of time to work through. Keeping in mind our limited availability of the vaccine, we are moving through Phase 1B in waves, starting with specific, qualified patient populations, and working our way through carefully and diligently until we’ve offered vaccination to all within the phase.

All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records. Due to the sensitive nature of radiology and pathology test results, these are not available on the patient portal and must be obtained through the hospital’s Health Information Department.

Is RWJBarnabas Health a centralized portal?

RWJBarnabas Health is in the process transitioning all of our hospitals to a centralized patient portal called MyChart where all hospitals’ records will eventually be contained within one system for your convenience. Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records.
