The Center for High Risk Pregnancy offers pregnancy consultations—which may require multiple visits—for women who have an abnormal condition or complicating factor (a sonogram is usually included in one or more of these visits) that may cause their pregnancy to be considered high-risk.

Remember, being discharged doesn’t necessarily mean that you are completely well—it only means that you no longer need hospital services. If you disagree, you or your representative can appeal the doctor’s decision.
