Our 400 Highland Avenue Salem office will be temporarily closing for renovations starting Monday June 21. Although this renovation will take several months, please rest assured that our team will continue to care for you. Schedule a vaccine appointment online

If you are our patient you may schedule a vaccine appointment for anyone over the age of 12 by going here or by scheduling through your Patient Gateway account. Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Please do not call your doctor's office with questions.

Community Care Van offering vaccines

The Mass General Brigham community care van visits cities on the North Shore (and elsewhere) on a weekly basis. The van offers vaccines to ages 12 and up. We post the schedule on our Facebook page.

Yshay Shlesinger, M.D

Dr. Shlesinger received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside in 1989 and Masters of Science degree from the University of California, Riverside in 1990. He received his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University in Israel in 1995.

Elliott Eisenbud, M.D

Dr. Eisenbud received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Bellevue Hospital in New York.

Liezel Bersamina, RN, MSN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in nursing/ family nurse practitioner from Names University.

Nava Shlesinger

Nava earned her BA in English at the University of Haifa in Israel. She has been the administrator and practice manager of NorCal Endocrinology & Internal Medicine since 2007.
