To view your health information, you must have a AdventHealth Ottawa, formerly RMH Patient Portal account. Even though your hospital has a new name, all of your health information and medical records are still in the same place — your patient portal — but there are different portals, depending on when you became our patient.

How do I sign up for a hospital portal?

Our hospital portal provides patients with access to health information online at any time from almost anywhere. Enrollment is easy. Click on the Login box to the right, and then click on ‘Sign Up’ to complete the self-enrollment process.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – North Okaloosa Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
