At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
However, they can both be accessed by going to Normaregional.com website, selecting the “Patient Portal” button and choosing “Clinic or Hospital” Portal login/enrollment button.
Patients can use this hospital portal to: Easily download or print these test results so you may give them to your physician or healthcare provider. You can access your personal Health Record by completing the self-enrollment form. For completion you must have the following:
Enrollment Invitation – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
