Where does the information in mykdh patient portal come from?

All of the information in the MyKDH Patient Portal comes from your KDH Electronic Health Record (EHR). This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information. What information do I need to enroll in MyKDH?

What can I See in the patient portal?

Please note that Patient Portal provides limited access to your health record and will not include all of the information related to your treatment. You can view the following: Clinical Record Summary (current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, surgeries and procedures)

Can I get my lab results from patient portal?

Limited Lab Results (potentially excluding sensitive test results or results that may require further discussion with your provider) You should not rely on Patient Portal for full and complete access to your health record. If you need a copy of your complete medical record, you should contact Medical Records for a complete copy.

As we provide your health care, we are required to maintain documentation of your medical history, current conditions, treatment plan, and all treatments given, including the results of all tests, procedures, and therapies.

What is MyKDH portal?

MyKDH is an online patient portal tool that helps you manage your healthcare information easily and securely. The MyKDH web portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It gives you the option to access your health information online or from your smartphone or tablet.

Can I copy and paste my KDH password?

Yes. MyKDH passwords are encrypted, and URLs are rewritten so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and your authorized family members are the only ones who can access your MyKDH portal information. There is also a timeout feature built into the software.
