The Patient Portal is an Internet service that allows our patients to: communicate with us; access their test results; related services and content.

What happens if you do not use patient portal?

YOU MUST NOT COMMUNICATE REQUIRING URGENT ATTENTION USING PATIENT PORTAL. Doing so may create a delay in your receiving necessary medical treatment and could result in loss of life, permanent injury, or significant deterioration in your health.
